Honesty is the best policy certainly applies here. I took my car in for them to diagnose squeaking sounds I heard. After looking at my car, they found numerous problems. However, they felt that my problems would be covered under the manufacturer's powertrain warranty and suggested I take it to the dealer to evaluate. I did take my car to the dealer and yes all the issues were covered under the Powertrain warranty and cost me nothing. Now, they could have avoided that suggestion and had me pay over $1,000 in repairs on a 4 year old car with only 42,000+ miles on it, but they did not. I sure appreciate how they think of the customer first and their profits secondarily.
